Always on the hi and bye status in high school, but now she just started talking to me now. We had a Convo (texting) about how are you? what do you do now? bla bla bla. I told her I'm into acting and she told me she's into modeling, so i offered to introduce her to a good photographer. She got all excited and said she would really appreciate it. After that i said i had to get back to work. i wanted to leave the convo on the excited vibe she was in.
BUT! Now i feel like every time she'll want to talk or have interest in me it'll be because i can hook her up into something she wants to do. I know i could use this to my advantage but not sure how.

If i go out this weekend with her and she ends up wanting to get back to the topic of me hooking her up with the photographer. How could i dodge it or change the topic to something more about us instead?????

Also right now we've been having friendly talk through facebook and texting but how can i escalate and let her know I'm interested without directly hitting on her???????
