So I've met this girl at a rave(yes i know not the best place), but i really think she has an attractive personality and physically. Our first "date" if you would call it, I went to her apartments and no room mates were home. we stayed and chatted for a little then I took her to my friends house and played some beer pong, i did some tests with her about how close i can get and everything seemed good. she wasn't uncomfortable when i touched her thighs or arms, we were sittin on a couch inside. I mean i did kinda grind on her when i first met her. after beer pong we went back to her place and hung out and played cards.

our 2nd time seeing each other she took me out to dinner for my bday and she ended up giving me a tour of her school. It was late(around 11pm) and it was just us walking around and talking. we ended up back at her apartments in her room, but nothing happened. we were on the computer and i didnt put any moves on her. :[

well my questions is, i cant seem to grow balls and flirt with her enough. i wanna try to escalate into a kiss close or another step. i feel like im stuck on square 1, and i need to move past this hump.

First ask urself, which do u want to be, a bf or a toy. If she's spending that kind of time and givin you that type of attn, looks like she's interested in u.
