When I get to that point in to conversation where I know its on (for a kiss at least) I notice myself kind of stalling and just keeping the convo going. I Know how to escalate and kiss a chick easy, im getting stuck cuz im trying to do it in a venue where most of the time she is with a friend or group. I have a great wing who is good at distracting but im wondering if I need to isolate her to another part of the venue/different venue or if I just say fuck it im gonna kiss her infront of her friends? another question I have is do I mention something cheesy like you look like your imagining kissing me to judge how receptive she is n then just go in for it? or do I just ramp up my kino hard not say anything n go for it? any advice would help.

It'd be a lot easier to isolate her from the group.

You'll run into resistance and feelings of embarrassment or complaints of not having any privacy. Long story short she's far more likely to go further with you in private than she is in public.

Step outside, or head up to the bar and grab her hand... Even a minor isolation can help.
