So the other night I was at a party with a few friends. Saw two pretty hot girls, my friend hooked up with one, and I was hooking up with the other. We all later went to the girl's apartment (They live together). Wasn't long before she was naked, we were making out for a while, I went down on her, and you could tell she wanted to do the deed. I didn't give it to her, in hopes it would make her want to keep seeing me for later dates (because girls always want what they cant have).
So day 2 comes, i text her something like "So who was that cute guy you were hooking up with last night?" (Probably not the best text, i know). I haven't texted back, because I'm thinking it would convey too much interest (which i think i've already conveyed too much of already).

Is this salvageable at all?
