First off, sexual tension shouldn't fizzle. In the taxi even if you don't want to completely be going at it in front of the driver, you can still kino and do shit like whispering in her ear etc.
Secondly, set something up in your room and tell her to come check it out. Put some pictures on your laptop and keep it in your room, tell her she has to come see them. Find a hilarious video and book mark it, tell her "you need to come see this video, my friends and I laughed our balls off for days etc". It doesn't matter the reason, just have one, and sound excited about it. Deep down she'll know why you want her in your room.
Thirdly, if you have the vibe from her that she is completely down, just start making out with her right when you walk through the door, then stop, grab her hand and say "come on" and just walk to your room. If a girl came to your house from a club, she expects you to screw her. Point blank. She might have some last minute resistance, but she expects you to try.
Also, at some point in the night, like on the ride to your place, whisper in her ear "don't get any idea's, we aren't having sex tonight, so don't get disappointed". For some reason it makes her want it more. I've only tried it a few times as this has never been a real sticking point with me but it's been advocated by some of the more senior members of this group as a real panty dropper, and I have to agree.
