it could be:
1. She's just not that into you
2. She's shy and expects you to make the first move. It's just the way it is, we have to initiate
3. She has something else going on - personally or professionally. For example, I had a girl who disappeared, but turns out that she got fired and really wasn't in a mood to talk to anyone for a few months. Another one disappeared when she started dating her ex again, but then reappeared eager to reconnect with me
In any case, don't take it personally. Just keep in touch. You never know what's going on.
