hi, back story is this broke up with my Ex a while ago we didn't really not talk just stayed apart started getting close again a few weeks ago to the point we ended up kissing at mine, met up a few days later and she seemed really off and distant again and texting a few days after this seemed really guarded...
someone told me she was playing games and to freeze her out, so ive not messaged her called her nothing however ive bumped into her a few times, and she has come said hello UNINVITED and tried giving me hugs which i haven't returned, at one point i even kept talking but turned my back on her to look out for a mate (kicking a football around in the park) and she hugged me from behind so i had no choice!!
a female friend of mine said " u need to leave him alone or you will loose him as a friend" and she responded with " no i wont " (out of my ear shot obviously and just before the whole hugging me from behind thing )
how do i freeze her out and make her realize she has lost something and want it again ?????!!!!!

What I do in a case like this is date other girls. Even if you have no intention of sleeping with them, your tone of voice, body language..everything will give away the fact that you are getting female attention from somewhere else.
Please do not be stupid with this advice. Do not date one of her friends, or anyone she knows. But do go out and get girls' numbers and have fun. She will pick up on this and be back in no time.

Location: US | | Don't let her flirt with you if she wants to be friends. Stop being all butt hurt around her and act like it doesn't bother you. Flirt with other girls in front of her. Don't give her specific time.
The freeze out is not a technique to get a girl back. It's to get rid of girls that don't put the effort into you. Sometimes the result is that the girl comes back, but you have no way of controlling that without compromising the freeze and your standards.
It's as simple as this. Have standards. Don't keep people around if they don't meet them. _________________ Attraction is a choice.
