Talk in a tone that is natural to you. If needed fill your lungs with air to help project your voice over nosies but stick to your regular tone. People will be able to tell pretty fast if you aren't being genuine and it'll throw them off.

Depending on the girl if you are interested you shouldn't ignore her, you should immediately go over and talk to her. Even if she has a boyfriend or whatever there is nothing wrong with making conversation and being friendly.

There are plenty enough girls out there in the world to go around, you don't really need to learn this. Doing AMOGing or BF destoyers and all that stuff is really at the underbelly of pickup. Now on the other hand if you see a guy bombing and can tell the girl just isn't into...jump in and save her... but other than that. Plenty of fish in the sea.
