Well, if you're 1 cm away from their lips just kiss them.

Being sexual is easy. Look into body language. It's a subtle way of being sexual without risking being creepy by saying the wrong thing. Triangle gazing for example. Look for a second at her left eye, then right eye, then mouth and back up. It's subtle and sexual. That should give you a start.

Talking about sex is another great way of being sexual. A great way to bring it up is with questions. Saying something like "I was talking with this girl I grew up with yesterday about whether or not it's possible for someone to have had too many sexual partners in their past. What do you think?" A side note, don't talk about a double standard for men and women. Just generically talk about 'people' and sex. If she says anything about their being a double standard in society, say "I don't agree with that outdated attitude. People are entitled to perceive sex how they see fit nowadays." The idea is that you don't want to encourage the idea that you think women shouldn't have sex as much as men.
