Hey guys, this is my sticking point!

I have no problem at all going in for opening a conversation and keep it going, but i have a hard time to DHV. I've seen some DHV-stories but the thing is that it feels wierd to start talking about a something out of the blue. Can you guys give a tip on some stuff that simply DHV?
