Usually when I first meet a girl, I interest her and impress her and that causes her to want to get to know me more. But after that I just hv a problem staying interesting, I just end up opening up to girls and it's like they already got you figured out so they loose interest.

What can I Do and what's my problem?

What is the time frame we are talking about here? Give us some examples. Also, how are you physically escalating? At what point do you turn the conversation sexual? The more information you give us, the easier it will be for us to answer your questions.

Being too predictable may be your problem. A girl should be constantly wondering what your gonna say or do next, and if you can't make this happen its no reason they become disinterested.
