I'm not necessarily new to this pua business, been on and off for a couple months now.when i'm out and about in the day (i prefer day game) all these HB 10s are eye fucking the shit of me, giving all sorts of IOIs like staring at me long periods of time on and off, twirling of the hair, scooting over next to me desperately waiting for me to open, now my body language has always been on point when i converse with females cause I've always been the calm type so naturally women always feel comfortable around me
BUT anyways my STICKING point when i see women on the street my AA kicks in to the 10th power and stops me from approaching on something i knew would've progressed. My mind turns AFC and starts to seep through my body which discourage the women :[
i need some serious help to overcome this fear of rejection

I had the same exact problem, so i started using the three second rule. At first, it was really hard, but then i got over it, starting gaming chicks, but the real break through was when i got rejected and realized IT DIDNT MATTER. I always had the worst fear of rejection, and then just grew a sack, got out there, made a few mistakes, and realized how unimportant these things are. The important thing is to learn from the mistakes. Just view the girl as an experiment. If it goes well, what did you do specifically that was right. If it didnt go so well, what could you have done better.
