Hey I have a bunch of numbers and tend to get numbers no problem, but keeping things going in the diretion I want from there is the sticking point. So I've come across hot and confident, got their number, but then... somewhere inside I know I was "acting up" to being confident, acting well but still acting, I know that below the surface I have a tonne of insecurities and negative opinions influenced by my parenting/childhood.

I think I realised what has been happening is I've been failing shittests without realising I'm doing it, or being submissive in some ways when I should have been more assertive. So now I'm trying my new technique which is to insist that I deserve decent behaviour without being a douche about it.

I wanted a date for where I'm going out tonight but haven't managed to get in touch with some people, but those whom I have, well, I'd like some feedback on my approach. Excuse the first messages beign AFC I hadn't made me realisation yet.


girl #1:
Now this girl is very good looking but I haven't let that influence the way I treat her so far as I know. I went for a very short coffee (1 hr) with her n Friday and we had a nice/fun chat, still ambiguous as to whether it's friendly or not although i got a couple of IOIs such as her cradling her head on her hands to display her face in that cute way girls do to show off their better features, and when we parted she went in to kiss me on the cheek without me trying so that looked pretty good, therefore, I can't understand why I get no reply, you can tell me if I've douched it up

I met this girl when we were both promoting the same event and she commented that I must have good luck with girls because I was very confident going up to them and telling them about our event. I wish I had the amount of luck she thinks I would but actually I'm a half-way-house
