If a woman makes plans or mentions of seeing you again it's a IOI. Also I think you're looking in too deep about this. You looking for IOD's left and right. Who gives a fuck if she isn't interested in seeing you any more. It's her loss right? You're the fucking man-your dominant in all situations. You deserve for the girls to work up to you!
So, I would agree with Cat-String Theory, but also I've noticed there's no kino (Kinestetics- the art of touching). The problem is if you haven't touched her to let her know you like her then on the fourth day you touched her, she'll feel uncomfortable because it' not being part of her comfort zone. There are several IOI's that you should look for in a girl:
1) A girl gives a wide smile at you; giving you, "I missed you" look.
2) A girl rubs the back of her neck while talking with you.
3) A girl laughs at almost any rubbish thing you said to her.
4) A girl shows her palms to you.
5) A girl touches you or playful hits you.
6) A girl tells you she misses you.
7) A girl wishes you were over to spend some time.
A girl extends to your questions giving you more in detail response.
9) A girl lets you put her hand on ur leg (compliance test). This is usually IOSI.
10) A girl leans into the conversation getting into your personal space.
13) A girl wants to be around you and either finds ways to be around you.
14) A girl will usually brush against you when not necessary.

Instead of calling her at times. Just alter it abit and use the push-pull her. The object is to have her chase you. Not the other way around. The push-pull will work great on her. If she calls late at night then don't answer it. Make her feel the opportunity of missing you.
Also I would suggest for you to sarge other girls as well. Be busy with you rlife and don't depend on her so much. I know you like her but she will never respect you if you constantly chase her and constantly be her prize. She'll have more respect for you if you put your foot down on certain situations. Or tell her , "Let's meet PLACE X at TIME Y."
Never put her first or ahead of you. She's a human being just like everyone else. SHe doesn't have magic powers that or she's isn't super woman. She might appear that way but she's really just a person going through life trying to make it day by day.
Here's a good idea. Instead of setting a date. Call her and tell her that you can't make it because you got something to do. The object is to appear busy with your life. Make sure she knows this and she'll eventually miss you. See her often but not too much. Talk about the other girls you've been seeing (this is called Jealousy Plot-which is good because it will make them feel the loss that she could've had you.)
Now if she's showing you IOI's and IOSI's then I advice you to do it smoothly and not have you not think with your dick. Just be suave and cool. Also if she gives you lip or shit-show her you're not affected. This will knock her down from her pedastal. Why? If she's use to getting whoever upset about little shit. She will be more intruigued and into you.
Also if she feels down or wnats to vent out. By all mean, let her vent out and just say, "I could understand why you feel that way" or "I understand". You want to validate her for feelng like shit. Don't RATIONALIZE what she's feeling; she doesn't want that! She just wants to feel understood and listened too.

P.S.If you do go on that day makes you sit next to her to use kino. IF she jokes around or something, or says a compliment touch her hand, or forearm.
