After the one night stand, just say something along the lines of: "wow, i really think i have diarrhea".
Something that really creeps them out.

Why do you have to say it AFTER sex?
Say it BEFORE sex. Tell her that you would sleep with her but you are not a romantic type of guy and don't want any type of relationship. So after sex you say thank you it was lovely and wave goodbye.
In that way she has the choice to either have a ONS or leave.
If the girl feels that she is in control she won't get upset. It will be just two grown up people deciding that they want to have fun.
The women that are after ONS won't care that you don't want a relationship. They don't want a relationship either.
No vibe will change a woman's mind if she is after settling down. Anyone will do for a relationship.
Also being an asshole won't bring you more women. It is likely that the women that want a pure ONS to be more interested in the idea of FWB, FB or open relationship.
Why bring drama in your life?
Simplicity is always the best solution.
