Personalty when I was having that problem I found out it is more about distraction than focus.
Let me explain. your so focused on the idea of sleeping with them and doing well your mind is not letting you do anything else.
What I had to do is change from giving them a good penitration to a good sex. good sex is about pleasuring the girl. Making sure she gets more than a quick romp.
Next time it happens take the focus off you. go down on her, use your fingers and try to get her off that way. 2 things will happen.
1) you are going to take your focus and change it to her which will make it easier for her to recipricate once your hard, and making you hard since it will be more natural.
2) you will get her turned on and wanting to sleep with you more, which in turn should make it more of a moment. Taking you out of your head.
That is the key is to take you out of your head.

Thought i'd give a little update;
