Posts: 18 | | After all the hard work I've put into overcoming AA, I have realized that without further self improvement, that is as far as I am going to get - saying Hi once, introducing myself and never seeing the girl again.
Now on reflection, my problem is that I don't have much to say.
Some would say that I'm a good listener, but a conversation can't be one sided all the time.
How would I remedy this? Maybe I should join debates, haha.

Posts: 202 | | Practice makes perfect. You got over AA and you can get over this. Try to get in as many words as possible. Something that can really help you is to just follow the news or whatever so you have something interesting to talk about.
