| Basically, I'm really into this pretty elusive girl at the moment, around a HB8, she's a great person, enjoyable company, and we get on like a house on fire, there's a brilliant sexual tension between us. In our working lives however, it's only possible for me to see her once or twice a week, if it happens to be twice a week, one will be at work, and the other will be at night in the same bar.
When around each other she gives off a lot of signals, lots of sexual eye contact, smiling slightly on one side of the mouth, great body language and lots of laughing, regardless of the content of my speech. I don't want to do the typical 'AFC' thing and spill my feelings out to her, nor do I want to initiate the dating stage yet, but the intervals between we see each other are frustrating, and don't allow for a great deal of sexual rapport building.
To combat this, I attempt text game etc, however, she's rarely responsive, and when she does text me, it's normally something pretty immature, or a sign of endearment that isn't built upon. I'm not big on technology or texting either, but I get the feeling she's being purposely elusive to get my attention, so how do I fix this?

P.S: to use the term 'oneitis' may be fair here, but it's not something I'm good at fighting. I had a HB7 canadian girl naked in my room the other night, but my mind was elsewhere, so nothing 'would work', if I sealed the deal with this girl, I could move on, but right now it doesn't seem feasible.
