I Don't know how to punish a woman when doing reward/ punishment or push and pull without being too defensive so she thinks I'm up tight all the time! I also don't know how to make her stop doing behaviour I don't like without shouting at her or being too mean!
I've heard just being unreactive or going silnet on her works or withdrawing affection but I don't really understand how it works becuase when I try it me and girlfriend end up more depressed than we even started!
