Does anybody there sometimes have a "bad-voice-day"?

To make you guys understand better, i will exaggerate this :

Sometimes, i can speak clearly and talk better than how Barrack Obama spoke in his campaigns.
At other times, i cant even order a pizza through phone. I speak fast, doesnt enunciate well, less voice level, and my mouth feels dry.

This, for me is a big sticking point in-field and in-life. Because, my voice control and AA are exponetially related. Does any of you have similar problem?
