so I'm a computer programmer, hacker and study computer science. I need a cool way to present my line of work, interests etc. I know the Mystery method tells me to start a full story with "ever since I was little..", but I need some ideas.
I will compile a story from all your answers and suggestions and share it with you.

It's great if one of them would play somewhat of a role in her life. I forgot where I got this from, but someone was talking about having a friend who was a computer programmer at Google. Now, first he said he was a computer programmer, then he started saying "Yeah you know Google? I make that work.".
An easy way to think about whether your way of putting it is a good way, is if she can brag about it to her friends.
It doesn't have to be the full truth. That guy probably only developed parts of something related to Google, but he can still legitimately bring it up.
It doesn't have to be a story. It can be just some short info as well.
If that's not the case, tell us a little more about your work. Though you could probably make up something cool right now.
(PS. Computer programmer from Norway, nice way to reaffirm a stereotype there. lol.) [/i]
