So i know that not all introverts are shy and etc..but other people tend to drain us instead of the extroverts where they get energy from people. So what i have found to be useful was to always try to pay attention to what is happening and don't let that inner voice in you ask you what you need to say. That way you are always engaged in the convo.

Before a date i like to listen to music that pumps me up, i may drink a 5 hour energy lol, and i also work out like an hour before.

Do any of you other introverts have any other tips to be more engaged in the situation?

If your in a bigger group setting, look for the introverted girl. I have a wing man/room mate/ fellow PUA that is very loud and takes over the whole group quickly. I am not very loud. When we're out together he will take over the group while I take advantage of the quiet girls. Girls tend to look at him as the alpha male though, I haven't figured that one out yet because I don't want to blow him out.

Try quietly negging him to your target. If he's a good friend and knows the game he shouldn't mind. Try something like 'He get's like this around new people'.
