All you do is look at the girl with kind of a grin on your face turn to your wing and whisper something in his ear. Make sure you have your targets attention, if not get it by looking at her or pointing or something of the sort (you should always have your targets attention anyway but just in case). After you whisper something in your wingmans ear you both kind of smile, look at her, laugh whatever. This in itself can be a neg. If she asks what you are whispering (which she most likely will) you can use anything you think of. You can neg her with an "oh it was nothing (giggle)" or you can lead to a new routine. this one in particular pops in my head
Girl-"what are you whispering about?"
PUA-"oh, that. I was just telling him that I have something to give to you later"
Girl- "oh, what is it?"
PUA "I said later didn't I? quit getting so hasty"
blah blah blah ramble ramble ramble.
later!
Girl-"so you never told me what you were whispering about"
PUA-"oh yeah, my gift. close your eyes and hold out your hand"
Girl complies. Grab her hand and kiss her.
I don't remember who posted the gift routine but I give them credit for it.

Im not going to make the whole whispering thing as obvious but ill use the general idea. And im going to use the "hold out your hand and close your eyes" thing more often, ill intergrate it with my other routines.
