While ago I have met a guy who had great game. He did a lot of kino to me, like touching my belly or waist. He was attendant on some events that I used to work in. After some time of flirting I was talking to him and on some point he put his hand on my neck like he wants to stroke me, just that it was really gentle, or like he was checking my pulse. second time it happened on a hallway where we had a talk alone and he did the same thing, his hand was placed that way for a minute or so. I never moved away or freaked out as I probably should. Ever since that happened i'm asking myself what he was doing. I would ask him but he went back home unexpected, so I didn't even had a chance that anything would happen.

does anybody of you knows what he was doing and why? Because it didn't look like some sexual kino, more like checking for something.

while both are sexual advances, palm in is much stronger. If he touched you palm in but didn't kiss you I am more likely to believe he is AFC who go to scared to escalate further.

If he touched you palm-out, this is still sexual but more a sign of affection. perhaps he is building up the tension. Either way, a man who feels comfortable enough to touch your neck like you describe is likely to have strong feelings for you. Maybe next time he does this you should supplicate by putting your hand on his or something similar. Like the movie Hitch put it, the man puts in the first 90% for the kiss, and the woman makes the last 10% move. He could be considering this the first 90% and waiting for you react positively so he can finish going in for the kiss.

Interesting. I am inclined to think the palm-in move was to build sexual tension or a sign that he would kiss you there if the moment was better. You say he was a pua so I believe he wouldn't be afraid to kiss you if the moment was right.
