Here is a silly high school routine that still works! I have used this on a waitress with GOOD results.

When she brings your check, write on it: We should go out! then draw to little boxes under it, one for YES and one for NO; when she brings your change the YES box will be checked, and sometimes even the phone number!

I had one girl draw her own box that said: Maybe and it was checked, I dated her one week later
