I was mass texting some contacts I dont really talk to the other day and got a higher number of "who is this?" responses. I've read a few ideas on how to minimise the damage, such as not explaining where you met etc, but the'yre all ultimately DLV's since in her mind, she has deleted you, forgot you or not saved your number for a reason, even if she doesnt remember why.

So I came up with a new technique which will DHV you and save dead number.

Me: (random content)
Her: who is this?
Me: (name), this is my new number. I had to change it cause I had a stalker...I have now learnt that the hotter a girl is, the crazier she is haha

This does 3 things

1) She now doesn't think that she deleted you, which would have been a huge DLV. You're just letting her know your new number which is a normal thing to do.

2) You changed your number because you had a (hot) stalker which implies that you're pre selected and also that you trust her enough not to stalk you because she isn't hot enough to be that crazy. It's subtle enough to get away with.

3) You have given her a hook to grab onto and build a conversation around

what to text to girls to say happy thanksgiving other than saying happy thanksgiving?

"Hey baby, can I stuff your turkey?"

then i remembered her last 3 boyfriends cheated on her and she won't text back.

Then i sent: "read the last message, i only know 1 girl by that name you went kinda quiet"

But she hasn't sent back yet.

Should i send something else? Should i wait for a response? What should i do?
