I notice (sorry for the bump) if you banter in A2 (female to male interest) it can convey extremely high value in DHV...but then again, this could also be seen as A3 - male to female attraction/role reversal.

I do believe inner game is ALL about banter as you exactly mentioned....you can't really roleplay if you don't believe you are the KING or the PRIZE. Hard to banter when you think you're below her or you have all this bullshit mind games going on.
