Long time reader, first time poster to this forum :)

The issue: I was the boss at her work, met her when she was very young and made friends. Kept kino and sexual tension there to try to stay out of the friendzone and it worked well. She'd reciprocate kino and give me details of her sex life, etc...

She was too young to do anything with, but today I run into her again and she's all grown up. Going into first year university and wanting to experiment and party. She was all over me when we met, I could tell she was preening and nervous around me and her friends were giggling in the distance in a pretty transparent way that made her intent clear. She talked about seeing me at a party in the next few weeks and we hit it off very well.

What should my next move be? Do I treat this girl as a normal peer, or should this be changed because of her age, especially compared to me (10 years). While I have no problem with parties since the two of us had drank together for years, I would prefer a more private setup where I can do more kino and try to escalate things.

I have a pretty solid game with girls I planned on closing with, but this one has just thrown a wrench in my usual system.

Thanks in advance!
