So i've known this girl for a three months now, when we first met kino escalated, ended up grinding hard with eye contact and nose graze, then we held hands and walked back to my friend's house where we were staying, but she peaced out cuz she had a beach volleyball tournament the next day. Number closed. Turns out she had a boyfriend at the time and from past experiences, I decided not to homewreck. Well now she's single and a bunch of us went to the bar and got drunk. Kino escalated pretty hard and she was reciprocating and there was good eye contact (triangle, eyes-eyes-lips-repeat) and she was sending the right IOI's but I didn't pull the trigger cuz all our friends were there. Now we're texting and I keep suggesting hangouts and she's down, but doesn't follow through. What do I do?

You should punish her then, next time she flakes, say something like, "flaky people turn me off really fast" then ignore whatever she says back and cut contact for like 3-4 days.... then if she hasn't contacted you, hit her up saying you saw something cool to do and thought you'd give her another chance.
