The next day at night?! Unless it was the most incredible first date ever my experience has taught me that's way too fast. One thing I will do if a first date went great is right after the date while I'm driving home I'll text her something like "I had a great time. Let's do it again soon!" they always respond saying how much they enjoyed it and say they'd like to do it again some time soon too. The idea here is I WANT TO CONVEY INTEREST. Then later, I don't call her or text her. I just wait until she contacts me. Sometimes it's a few days, in some cases it's 2 weeks, but they always call me because they don't understand how much I told them I enjoyed it and haven't called them back yet. A lot of times they'll assume I found a new girl and it helps build me as the prize.
