So a couple weeks ago my buddy and I were at a club, walked up to a group of girls and he did a hilarious opener. Ended up dancing with 1 of the girls, got her #. I suggest a date and she agrees. I'm texting her a few days later and bring the date idea back up again and she NOW says she can't because her and her boyfriend broke up 2 months ago and she isn't ready to go out again yet. I think alright not a big deal and end the convo by saying I'm going to be busy doing something and I'll talk to you later. Run into the same girl the next week at a different club and we dance, and this time we makeout on the floor. I send her a message on bbm afterwards jokingly saying "do you usually make out with guys you can't go on dates with? =P"

Question is, do I leave this girl and replace her in my list or take a different course of action?

Leave it and wait for a reply. While your waiting for a reply, sarge some more!

Depends on how much you like the girl and how much time you want to invest into it.

I would just leave it up in the air and message her every now and then to build up tension but also explore your options by dating around.
