Hey guys how's it going? I will try to make this as short as possible.

So the story is that a girl(who lives near me) recently started showing interest again. Opening me with text game etc. I say "again" since she used to love me a couple of years ago when I wasn't really into her because she was too young. Now when she opened me I replied with little interest just being casual. Now ofcourse she's got my hooked and she stopped opening with texting. Now more recently we watched a movie together and I didn't want to go too far since she broke up with her bf only a week ago and I don't want to be the rebound. That evening and the day after she thanked me for the great company ?? Not sure what this could mean. Now it's gone quiet again. Now here's the thing I want to take her out but she's always busy, genuinly busy since she's not just home else I'd know since I hang out with her brother a lot.

How would you guys handle this? I know I can just call her but then there are several options: she doesn't pick up when she's working. She can't come since she's busy. Rejection.

Also some ideas on fun first dates would be nice I only did rock climbing once and the classical movie date a few times ...

Ugh...that's tough man, and I totally feel for you. It's funny...I can date a ton of girls and have no consideration about any really, but then one comes around every so often that just knocks you off your game.

First of all, don't think twice about "being a rebound." Once you f-close, you have a girl for good. She'll never think about you the same. It doesn't matter if it's been 5 minutes since the last bf.

In general though, I'd say is to play it like anyone else. Don't give a shit about being a rebound or anything like that. Stick to the methods you used with other girls, and play it harder with her. This is what you practice for. If you would freeze out a typical girl, maybe do it even longer and harder. Make her think about you, question what your motives are, what you're doing. I think this is especially relevant with someone you already knew...there's very little mystery fueling things, so you might have to manufacture some of it.
