Gentlemen,

I have a dilemma, this girl I met in a club in December of last year. She is absolutely stunning- we met through a mutual friend and left the club to go to the casino together with my friend and her cousin. My night was cut short as I was thrown out of the casino for getting involved in an argy bargy that got a bit physical (I was not fighting though, but my friend did) and despite this she still showed an interest in me. We got talking through private messages on Facebook which lead to an exchange of numbers. It turns out she had just come out of a bit of a messy relationship and did not want to get into another one. Recently we got texting again and I took her out for a dinner date. The date went quite well, I was a little bit nervous (after all she IS the girl of my dreams) but we still held convo and there was a bit of kino as I had my arm around her waist and a kiss on the cheek when I dropped her off. She came out for my birthday night out the following night but nothing very much happened, much of the same just talking and drinking. This was about 2 weeks ago. I have had the odd text but nothing like how it was before.

I would really like to know

a) What I did wrong.

b) Is this a lost cause? Should I just abandon my dream girl and move on or is it worth persisting and pursuing? What can I do to make her want me and not fall into the dreaded 'friend' zone?

She must think I'm at least vaguely interesting and okay looking right gents?

Dude, I think she might be mad that you didn't try to go any further than a kiss on the cheek

You should text her saying,

" We should totally, go out for a drink this friday "

Don't ask, say she SHOULD go, by saying should you aren't asking her or telling her to go, and if she says friday isn't good do this,

You: We should totally, go out for a drink this friday.
Her: Friday isn't good for me, blah, blah, blah
You: Well, I'm pretty busy on Saturday, I'm going out with some friends

And if she doesn't respond with a date for when you should go, you decide when to go, just tell her monday would PROBABLY be good, the probably shows her that she might not have a chance to see you
