homecoming is coming up and i have something i wanna do. let me know what you think. btw me and this girl aren't that close, we're acquainted and talk now and then...

Me- goes up to a girl and stops her "you know you look pretty good but there are some things i could fix"

Her- "what do you mean?"

Me- grabs item of jewelry and moves it one way about 1/2 inch "now you look beautiful"

im thinkin its a little corny/strong.

Well, you are complimenting the girl, and that's an AFC move, but then you're showing her that without you, she's not perfect. Sounds cheesy, but girls like that kind of stuff. Maybe build a little rapport first?
