So I've built some attraction with this girl working at a starbucks that I rotate to, don't even know her name yet, but I'm getting plenty of IOIs, here is a example:

So I think I need to start building some comfort, like getting her name to start with.. get some more chat going, then I would like to bounce and chat with her some more.

I think there is enough attraction to attempt asking her if she'd like to get tea or coffee sometime, but the devil is in the details..

The setting is tough because there is a barrier in the way, and the obvious traffic that I know I should ignore but that is not easy since it is a place that she works..

Do you have any advice?

You should just go for it, try to be smooth you can tell her " I find you very attractive but the reason why I'm going to ask your phone number is your efficiency ( tease her about how fast she's taking your order or something like that) we can go out and have a real conversation some day, I promise we won't drink coffee"

"the devil is in the details" means you are well aware that what you say means nothing. I've walked on over to a girl and said nothing more than my name and ask what she's doing and had entirely different replies depending on the way I did it, which depended on how I was feeling about doing it.

The lines FCgame gave you probably work when done in the right way, but I bet if you really focus on how good you feel about her and the fact that you want to show someone a fun time and don't care how that initial interaction goes, you can think of something "better" because it will have your energy behind it, and not sound like a line.

When you recite a line you have no choice but to wait and see how it goes and give off that vibe, because you didn't come up with it, you have no power over it. Your energy is your certainty, when you say something with your energy, it has your assurance behind it, and your assurance that you don't care how the interaction goes, just that you made the effort to ask.
