i wanna tell this girl who flaked on me to let me know if she is interested or not.
She was suppose to go out with me last friday and didn't respond to the text for confirmation. i asked her friend why she didn't go and she told me that she just didn't go.
I wanna be direct and ask her if she is interested or not but whats the best way?
What should i text her to communicate this?

You should text her nothing.
Freeze her out to wait and see if she will contact you, and even then you can keep ignoring her for a while to see if she's really interested.
This happened to me about 2 weeks ago, I was going to meet up with a girl, and in the last minutes she came up with some bullshit excuse. I simply didn't speak with her for a couple of days (even though she tried to contact me), and after this things have been much better, actually going to see her today.

Also, you obviously shouldn't tell her you're ignoring her, if she asks you later why you haven't replied to her, just tell her you've been busy.

It's simple, if she doesnt contact you, she's not interested. You should never run around chasing her.
