So, there are three girls that are diggin me right now, how can i tell them that I would love to date them, but that i am also involved with others, so its not going to be a serious relationship? Or should I just not let either one no about the other.

Don't let them know about it, dodge the conversation, but don't affirmatively lie to them. In the rare case a girl makes the unreasonable assumption that I am seeing her exclusively, I will enlighten her before I drag her in the sack. But that's just a personal preference.

You both need to find out where each other stands, through certain conversation topics.

If she's showing signs that she thinks she's the only one and she likes it that way, you have to decide how much she's worth to you. Easiest way to do this is imagine how you'll feel if she stops liking you so much.

If she talks about other guys, talks about your other girls, and seems happy this way, then you know she's cool wih that.

Either way, once you both know where you stand, it will be easier for both of you to move forward (with her or without her)
