explain more about the situation, you're being very vague.

Depending on where you stand, if you haven't fucked her yet then:

A) She doesn't like you in a romantic way
B) She might like you in a romantic way, but you're coming off as if you want a relationship, she is clearly saying she doesn't want that. But, she did say she likes being with you, so.....you know where you can take it.
