Hi guys,
Any hints would be massively appreciated. I'm working for this month on quite heavy shifts. But I met a few travelling colleagues like me who I've met up with for drinks and such. One girl in the group I met on the first day at work (different department) and we had good chemistry.

On our group night outs we've had great chemistry also. I ran some stories showing leadership quality and we share similar interests in sports and fitness etc. On the first night we actually grinded pretty heavy on the dance floor for about 10 minutes. The second night she put her arms around me but I kinda just moved aside.

Anyways, I haven't been able to see her until this thursday/weekend. But it sounds like she's being a bit flaky. She has blown of some of her other friends to stay in the city though, so hopefully we can take the opportunity to move it on.

What are some things that I could try to escalate things. I feel that the desire is there, I just want to make the openings happen so things are natural.

Any help would be appreciated massively.

you want to know ways to escalate? well if you've been working her from the start then you should already have started kino escalation... just keep going from there lol.. are you both staying in like a hotel room or something? build a fuck load of anticipation by going 2 steps forward and 1 step back... you know what this is yes? if you do this right she'll be jumping your bones lol thats always a good thing
