This is referred to as "freezing out" in the PUA community, and is a great way of dealing with Last Minute Resistance (LMR).

If she resists escalation, completely abort any kino/foreplay/intamacy going on. Turn the lights on, blow out the candles, put headphones in and listen to your ipod or whatever. She'll reinitiate (or you can) a few minutes later, and she'll let you go a little further. Rinse and repeat.
