Backstory for context: Met this girl on tinder and after 2 days of back and forth, she told me to take a class with her for the semester. I asked her out to drinks after class to which she agreed, picked her up ect. Same night I told her I liked her. She said: "can we be friends, im not looking for a relationship" - I assumed this was just to not make things awkward in class. She then agreed to hangout with me on valentines day, we went to see 50 shades of grey (her choice of movie) - and then we went for drinks. She then asks me to study with her at the library on 2 separate occasions to which I agreed. We went out for drinks this past thursday, and we had alot of "meaningful stares" and she kept coming in closer to me, but I suspect that was due to the bar being loud and crowded. She texts me everyday and asks random questions about biology (my major). Today she asked to study with me, to which I said no and made up some stuff about needing to tutor a friend. I agreed to study with her tomorrow though. She asked to go out with me to karaoke night at a local bar, since I mentioned I can sing but I put that off.

I know she likes me at least a little, else she wouldnt ask to make plans with me. Im afraid though that after she told me 3 weeks ago that she wants to be friends, if I go in for a kiss, it might mess things up. Any help?

If you don't go for the kiss, you're doomed to be friendzoned. If you go for the kiss, there's a chance she will kiss back. Don't listen to her words, listen to her behavior. Game her normally and escalate.
