Hi guys!

I need some advice! I met this girl in a club(1 hour after Valentine's Day) and we kissed(once) ans she obviously likes me! It turned out, she goes to the same school as I do! She knows about my ex-girlfriend(also from school), and that she cheated on me! She brought the topic up, and she tried to comfort me(not that I needed )! Now I want to ask her for a date, but I don't really know, how to react if she refuses! Any advice can help!

So you're planning to get a 'no' answer from her, before you even try? Is that right?

Think about how you're going to ask her out...

Are you going to just say "will you go on a date with me?" Because that is a 'yes' or 'no' answer... And it's also a really lame way to do it.

Now, how can you ask her out without actually risking a 'no'?

There are about a thousand threads on this forum that already exist on this -- basically your exact situation... so feel free to look those up if you want a more detailed response...

The quick answer, however, is not to ask at all. You tell...

"I"m going to X on Wednesday after work. You should come."

If she's busy then you just say "Well we should hang out sometime anyway. What's your schedule look like?"

Easy.

If she says no - who cares? Like really... You hardly need a contingency plan for a negative response. Move onto the next girl and don't give this one another thought.
