on Day2(1st date), is it alright to already hold her hands while walking like all couples do? How can i know when to hold her?

I usually do my day2/date in resto and then bar/clubs, any tips regarding the right kino-ing in these places?

What you can do is put your arm around her waist as you are walking, i do this on every first date to brake the touch barrier, and some girls love it, others dont so much and resist it a little bit, but no girl will push you away.
like she said yes to the date so she'll probably hug you back.
if she doesnt like it just stop and try again once you feel she trusts you a little bit more. the important thing is that you broke the touch barrier and you showed you are confortable with that.

but wait for her to go for your hand, because if you go for hers and its too early she will be creeped out, much in the same way as if you said "i love you" too soon.
