Seems to me like she'd go to your place if you asked. Otherwise I'd just invite her out some night, have some fun, get her hot, then bring her back to your place.

Lets look at the options

1. you ask her to hang out and she agrees with a probability of .9, .25 of the time she actually follows through and .75 of the time she flakes.
- if she flakes you repeat and eventually it should work out.

2. You disregard her very casual "we should hang out though" and continue on with the conversation like she never said it. Don't freeze her out, but back off a little. She wasn't responding well to your sexual advances, so take a moment to show her your charming personality. Write her a short and sweet/funny poem, send her pictures of you and dogs. Commit yourself to making this girl love you so you can drill the 9 body and bust on her 6 face. Looking at the probability of this approach, I would say she still agrees to hang out with you 90% of the time, but 75% of the time she actually follows through and 25% of the time she flakes.

Approach 2 takes more work, but if you think about it, it will help your long-term game and more often get you laid. She just isn't responding to you the way you want her to with blatant sexual remarks.
