This girl is already in a relationship and she wants to leave but they got history and her situation is complicated. Last text I got from her goes like this:

HB9: I know you're hot & believe me I'd love to touch that hotness, just can't now.

I know the dilemma but not sure what to say here. I already know if I give her some space she will close it but I don't want to end up in the friend zone. Is there a good response to text like this when you can see LMR is coming into play?

Any comments are appreciated...
