Hello all, thank you for reading. I am desperate for some direction.

I have worked at a company for going on 6 years. This HB9 started a little before me but our careers followed a similar path. Long story short after working in a few departments (transfer and promotions etc) our paths crossed again in our current role. Where she is tenured and I am new. She is a hardcore proffessional. Wears suits(lady suits w/skirt instead of pants). And is completely unapproachable, ie walks fast always looks really busy. Gives off the confident/stuckup vibe. You can tell she has a large ego.

A few coworkers go out for happy hour, and she shows up(this is a new behavior apparently, I am told this was the second time she has ever attended a happy hour). Well, my friend who also works in this department had just broke up with his LTR, and I was also there to drink off some stress so, not so much for sarging.

To be mindful of the huge wall of text I am creating this is my night.

My friends and I are crushing drinks . I am negging the slutty office girl who always comes out, who I also always ignore in the office. I am being playful friendly/funny wih the ugly girl who was also there and completely ignoring lady suit hb9. They take a group photo, I shotgun neg "wow the camera really does add ten pounds". The night goes on, unfortunataly I am still crushing drinks. I speak briefly with the HB9, and work some light kino. Slutty office girl is getting mad that I wont give her attention..(social proof)
I evolve this light kino into
"Can you salsa" (as i start going through steps with her) then negging "no you can't"
She seemed to really enjoy the kino, so I escalated
"How about a box step" (same thing now) "No i guess you can't, but I am sure you are good at other things"
She turned to putty in my hands...
We go upstairs to the vodka bar/dance area. (My buddy and I were continuing to crush drinks..this is bad....very bad. HB9 had 3 glasses of red wine total and was drinking nothing but water.)
She is leaning on me holding my hand, looking at me with these puppy dog eyes. (I keep thinking omfg is this really happening). I start giving other people/girls attention.
The slutty girl is starting to freak out as to why i dont like her, and getting very jealous, it was great: "go dance with HB9" says slutty office girl.
This evolves into us slowgrinding on the dancefloor. We did not makeout.
I drank way to much, and would not have had I been sarging but...it just happened this way. My biggest regret; we close down the bar, and my buddy basically walks into an outside cab. We were sharing the cab, so in my intoxication I told HB9 it was great to finally meet her and to have a great night. I then left.
The following monday, she is in work, it is a little awkward. She is so proffessional I did not want to approach her in office. I really did not know what to do. She did not come in office tues-fri (not sure if working from home or traveling for business).
I need to follow up with her, I want to apologize for leaving her...alone... so abruptly when a gentleman would have walker her to the car(and probably f closed her).
I am trying not to be an AFC here, but those instincts are kicking in. The best I can think of is emailing her asking for her contact info to debrief.
A few profile notes:
I saved her from falling once and she was impressed. ended up getting some wine on my nice shirt...
She commented on my tall large(not fat) stature, she seemed to like that i was a tall male.
She tried to move me to a more secluded location, but in my drunken party rage i just wanted to be near the bar.
I picked her up from a step up and brought her close to me. She really liked that i took control.
A few co-workers witnessed this...which is potentially bad for her image.
She is arrogant/yuppyish. (commenting on how bad the wine was)
