Met girl on Sunday. D2 was Thursday. Went fantastically and k-closed the date. Wasn't trying for more. My questions here, and where I seem to stumble is, what is the time-frame progression from here?

What I mean is how quick do I move from D2 to D3? Do I want to keep things rolling and press for a D3 sooner (like a few days) or later (a week or so out)? I don't wanna lose momentum, obviously, but don't wanna seem needy either. No oneitis, as I have something else lined up for both Sunday and Monday. But if anything is my sticking point, it's recognizing the pacing. Sometimes I think I move too slow and HBs lose interest.
