My mate dreamed this the other night. I thought it might have merit.

Location: Outside, Isolated, arm around her.

PUA: Ah look at the moon/ the sky/ the clouds. (whatever the situation is). Feels great.
HB: Yeah, blah
PUA: I read somewhere that this kind of sky makes people extra sensitive. Do you think so? (at this point brush your fingertips up her arm)
HB: yeah/a little/no
PUA: Ok close your eyes. What about here?

(brush your fingertips up her shoulder onto her neck. She'll tingle or blush. Then draw a 'C' from her foreheard to her chin and go fo' it!)

Any feedback from the field would be good.

yeah, the "C" around the face is from VH1 show, but it's become pretty standard.
