So I met this hot HB9 columbian girl on okcupid. We hit it off texting and calling. She'd call me more than I'd call her but only talk once or twice a week because she has limited minutes during the week.

Anyway, we met for dinner things were good and hit it off. I was playful and sarcastic, two weeks go by we keep in contact then meet again and go to the mall and a movie. We make out in the move theater. She then says she wants to see me again and invited me to go to Niagra falls for labor day weekend with her and her friends. I had already committed to taking care of my roommates dog that weekend and was already paid for it so I had to decline.

She called me the next day inviting me to go to a nascar race the following weekend, but I was going home (am now at home) with my family but could have gone with her instead. I told her I'd get back to her about it and never did. ..oops. (I'm not a nascar fan)

a night or two later on facebook she responds to my status and I flirt with her as follows:

Me: (her name) go to bed
Her: haha we are waiting to check in to our hotel
Me: I'm jealous...next time I'll do a big trip
Her: With me???
Me: Maybe
Her: ....good night
Me: don't be like that (her name)


and that was the last I heard from her. I sent her a facebook message a few days later saying I'd be driving through her town on my way back from my trip and would like to grab a bite to eat.....no response. I sent her a text the following day ...no response


I figure I should call her tomorrow and leave a message and leave it at that?

Sounds like she was showing interest and you weren't that receptive. If you really are interested and busy make an effort for alternate plans. That way you can keep her interested.

She might have lost interest. Girls don't generally chase...call her one more time and then move on.

This girl threw you two massive softballs. She took action and invited you to 2 big events. You had a lot of leeway with her. Even if you were not going to go, you can't just be that passive about it all. You could have told her to cancel her plans and come dog sit with you or go to your family.

Also your last facebook message is a turn off and kind of boring, for this girl. She is a woman of action and you didn't outdo her.

You are talking to her, explaining your feelings and commenting. Try to make your communication with women based on specific action. So like:

Me: Screw the hotel. Drive over to my place tonight.
Me: As soon as you get back, I'm taking you to xyz so we can xyz. I don't care what you have planned. Get ready to cancel them.

This girl wants action and a man who takes control. I always err on that side. Tell her what to think and what to do. She doesn't want to talk or be alone, she wants to be caught up in the whirlwind that is your life. So think action.
