If you have real tight phone game, call her, if not go with texting, gives you more time to think in between responses. Its really entirely up to you unless you know a girl likes one a lot more than other its your call.

or close with "how's your schedule look this week"
if i call, i asked several 10's and consensus seems to be that around 7.30 pm is best time when they're home and not busy.
